SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Wednesday the schedule for the best-of-seven West Division semifinal between the Soo Thunderbirds and the Blind River Beavers.
Action in the best-of-seven set begins Thursday in a 7 p.m. start at John Rhodes Community Centre in Sault Ste. Marie.
The league-leading Thunderbirds will also host Game 2, which is set for Saturday at 7 p.m., back at John Rhodes.
Heading to the Blind River Community Centre for Game 3 Sunday, it will start at 4 p.m.
The same venue will be used for Game 4, with the 7 p.m. match-up going Monday, April 11.
Game 5, if necessary, is slated for Wednesday, April 13 with the Soo hosting it at 7 p.m., while if a Game 6 is required, it will be held on Thursday, April 14 in Blind River at 7 p.m.
If the the series goes the distance, Game 7 will be played on at John Rhodes on Saturday, April 16 at 7 p.m.
