The Blind River Beavers would like to recognize Orange Shirt Day, a day to honour the survivors of residential schools, to remember the children who never returned home and to reflect on the lasting impacts of the residential school system.
Orange Shirt Day is also an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to truth, reconciliation, and respect for Indigenous Peoples.
