NOJHL announces Copeland Cup – McNamara Trophy Finals schedule

SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Sunday the game schedule for the Copeland Cup – McNamara Trophy league championship series between the Powassan Voodoos and Blind River Beavers.

All games in this best-of-seven affair will feature 7 pm. starts with the series getting underway Friday at the Powassan Sportsplex.

Powassan will also host Game 2 on Saturday.

The match-up will then shift to the Blind River Community Centre for Game 3 and 4, which will go Thursday, April 20 and Friday, April 21.

Should a fifth game be required, the Voodoos will be the home side on Sunday, April 23 at the Sportsplex.

Game 6, if needed, would be held Tuesday, April 25 in Blind River.

Then if the series goes the distance, the Powassan Sportsplex will be the site for the contest on Thursday, April 27.

The NOJHL winner will advance to the Dudley-Hewitt Cup Central Canada Jr. A Championship, May 2-6 in Trenton, Ont.
